What to check first
Start with the basic match between the Joyagoo Spreadsheet row and the QC photos: product type, color, size, version, logo placement, and obvious damage. A row can look useful during discovery but still fail when the warehouse photos arrive.
QC checklist
- Compare the main color against the seller image and your saved spreadsheet note.
- Check shape, symmetry, stitching, print placement, and visible glue or loose threads.
- Look for size labels, tags, packaging, and measurement photos when sizing matters.
- For shoes, inspect toe shape, heel shape, sole color, branding, and pair symmetry.
- For clothing, check length, chest width, sleeve length, graphic placement, and fabric texture.
- For bags and accessories, check hardware color, strap shape, logo alignment, zipper lines, and boxed packaging.
When to return a spreadsheet find
Return or exchange becomes more reasonable when the QC photos show a clear mismatch with the row you saved, a visible flaw, a wrong size, or an item that no longer fits the haul plan. If the issue is only a small lighting difference, compare with more photos before deciding.
