Turn product rows into a parcel plan
When you save items in a Joyagoo Spreadsheet, add practical notes next to the product link: estimated weight, category, size risk, whether packaging matters, and whether the item should ship with the rest of the haul.
Shipping checklist
- Separate heavy items, fragile items, and boxed items from light clothing rows.
- Check whether shoes, bags, electronics, fragrance, or restricted categories change route options.
- Review QC photos before combining warehouse items into one parcel.
- Compare actual weight and package size when a route is priced by volume.
- Keep a small buffer for final shipping cost, coupon changes, and repacking choices.
When a spreadsheet becomes too simple
A spreadsheet cannot judge shipping risk by itself. It can organize the rows, but you still need to think through route limits, parcel value, packaging choices, customs risk, and whether several smaller parcels make more sense than one large parcel.
