Check the obvious first
Review warehouse photos for correct item, size tag, color, visible stains, shape issues, print placement, and packaging condition. If the wrong option arrived, solve it before consolidation.
Ask for measurement photos when needed
For clothing, measurements are often more useful than size labels. For shoes, check insole length or outsole shape if the listing is unclear.
Do not rush consolidation
Once items are packed together, resolving problems becomes harder. A short QC pause can prevent a disappointing haul later.
