Report a broken or incorrect link
Report a dead product source or inaccurate page by including the JoyaVault URL, affected external URL, what you expected, what happened, and the date checked. A screenshot is optional; remove personal details first.

What to include
Include the JoyaVault page URL, a short description of the issue and, for a broken listing, the external URL and the date you tried it. For a correction, explain the information you believe is wrong and provide a source if available. For a rights concern, identify the material and your relationship to the rights holder.
Please do not send passwords, login codes, full payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary order information. If you send a screenshot, remove unrelated personal information first. We cannot promise a fixed response time or an outcome for an external purchase.

JoyaVault is an independent discovery and research site. JoyaVault is not the official Joyagoo website. JoyaVault does not handle account login, payment, order placement, warehouse QC, parcel submission, or international shipping.
For a transaction or account problem, use the support channel of the shopping service or agent where you placed the order. Users continue to the appropriate external shopping or agent flow when ready; that service handles its own support. Do not send JoyaVault money or credentials to resolve an external order.
