Using this site

These terms describe use of JoyaVault at joyavault.com. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the site. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Independent role and service boundaries

JoyaVault is an independent discovery and research site. JoyaVault is not the official Joyagoo website. JoyaVault does not handle account login, payment, order placement, warehouse QC, parcel submission, or international shipping.

Our pages provide discovery routes and general research information. We are not the seller, shopping agent, warehouse operator, payment provider or carrier for an external purchase. Users continue to the appropriate external shopping or agent flow when ready.

External services and purchases

External providers set their own account rules, prices, charges, payment methods, purchase terms, returns, refunds, QC procedures and shipping requirements. Review them before submitting money or information. Any transaction is handled by the destination service, and transaction support should be requested from that service.

You are responsible for checking whether a product and its import, possession and use are permitted in your location and for understanding any taxes, fees or restrictions relevant to your transaction.

Information and availability

Product links may change, expire, or become unavailable. Saved prices, photos, descriptions, stock and seller information may be incomplete or out of date. Example records are illustrations, not offers for sale. A link, featured placement or brand reference does not guarantee authenticity, safety, quality, availability, seller performance or delivery.

Confirm material facts with the external provider. Content is supplied for general research and does not replace professional advice about your circumstances. We may correct, update or remove records and may change or interrupt site features.

Before continuing, independently confirm the external platform's current price, inventory, domestic and international delivery charges, optional fees, and rules for the exact product and destination. A prior listing or guide is not a substitute for those checks.

Commercial and affiliate links

Some links may be commercial or affiliate links. We may receive compensation when you follow a commercial link or complete a qualifying purchase through an affiliate link. Such relationships should be visibly disclosed with the relevant content. They do not make JoyaVault responsible for fulfilling an external order.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, impersonate another party, submit misleading reports or use site material to infringe another person's rights. Do not send us shopping-account credentials, payment-card details or money intended for an external provider.

Content, trademarks and submissions

JoyaVault's original editorial material and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may browse and link to public pages; copying or republishing material must have permission or another lawful basis. Third-party listing material and trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights.

Brand names, if mentioned, are used only for identification and search context. No brand relationship, authorization or authenticity certification is implied. When submitting feedback, provide material you are entitled to share. We may use the substance of a correction to improve the site; sending a private message is not permission to publish your personal contact details.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its information are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free content. We do not guarantee external services or the results of relying on a research lead.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JoyaVault is not responsible for losses caused by third-party transactions or unavailable external listings. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not impose a waiver of your mandatory rights.

Questions and disputes

For a site-related concern, use Contact JoyaVault and identify the page and issue so we can review it. For an external order dispute, contact the provider handling the transaction. Applicable law determines any mandatory rights and the appropriate dispute forum; mandatory protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The date above identifies this version. Review the terms when returning to the site. A revision does not retrospectively remove rights that applicable law protects.
