Purpose and independence

JoyaVault is an independent discovery and research site, not the official Joyagoo website. Our content helps readers research options and prepare questions. A find is a research lead, not a personal-use review or a purchasing recommendation based on laboratory testing.

How finds are selected

Selection considers category relevance, useful listing information, a recognizable source, and whether a record helps readers compare styles or buying questions. Records can include a title, category, marketplace, source link, saved price, update date and research notes. Featuring an item makes it easier to discover; it does not certify quality or rank seller performance.

We distinguish saved listings from illustrative example records. Examples are labeled, use example prices and have no purchase source when a real source is unavailable. Missing facts should remain unknown rather than be presented as verified. Brand names are used only for identification and search context.

Records must pass data checks before pages are built. Demo records are labeled and excluded from search-engine indexing. Category pages need at least eight approved real finds before becoming indexable; saved, unverified listings do not count toward that threshold.

Evidence and review boundaries

Listing descriptions and photos are information from their sources. We do not claim to have purchased, authenticated, tested or personally inspected every item. QC notes describe questions to ask, not completed warehouse inspections. Readers should confirm measurements, materials, authenticity, safety and current seller terms independently.

JoyaVault does not handle account login, payment, order placement, warehouse QC, parcel submission, or international shipping. When ready, readers continue to the appropriate external shopping or agent flow.

Updates and saved prices

A record's update date refers to the directory entry. It is not a promise that stock, price or the destination was checked today. Prices are saved references, not live quotes. We update records when reviewing source information or assessing a correction; we do not promise continuous monitoring or a fixed review interval.

Changed source details should be checked before altering the record. Material corrections should explain the changed information where it affects the reader's decision. The Spreadsheet Updates page provides update context.

Broken links and corrections

Product links may change, expire, or become unavailable. Report the JoyaVault page URL, the affected source URL, what went wrong and when you observed it through our Contact page. Do not include account credentials or payment details.

Our correction process is to review the reported record, distinguish an expired listing from a temporary access problem, and correct, label or remove inaccurate information as appropriate. A replacement link should match the intended item; an unrelated listing should not silently replace it. A removed source is not a promise of a replacement or a refund. Commercial and affiliate disclosure

Some links may be commercial or affiliate links. We may receive compensation for referrals or qualifying purchases. A commercial or affiliate relationship should be disclosed in visible language near the relevant link, rather than only in hidden link attributes. Paid placement, where offered, should be labeled as such.

Compensation is not evidence of product quality or authenticity. Editorial descriptions should preserve uncertainty and identify examples regardless of a commercial relationship. If a disclosure or description appears misleading, please report the specific page.

Commercial and affiliate links carry sponsored and nofollow attributes along with new-tab security attributes. External action links explain that orders and fulfilment happen outside JoyaVault. Link attributes support disclosure; they do not replace readable explanations.

Source rights and policy changes

Third-party names, listing material and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply affiliation or permission to purchase or import a product. Rights holders can use our Contact page to identify a concern and the specific material involved.

We may revise these standards as the site changes. The date on this page identifies the latest policy revision.
