Scope and responsibility

This policy covers browsing and contacting JoyaVault at joyavault.com. JoyaVault is an independent discovery and research site, not the official Joyagoo website. It does not cover the separate practices of marketplaces, product libraries or shopping agents you visit through links.

JoyaVault does not handle account login, payment, order placement, warehouse QC, parcel submission, or international shipping. We do not provide a customer checkout or request shopping-account credentials. Privacy questions about this site can be sent through Contact JoyaVault.

Information involved in browsing

Website delivery and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, time and error details. We use site information to provide pages, investigate problems and protect the service. External image or resource providers receive a request when your browser loads their resources.

Search and category filtering run in your browser. English search and filter choices can appear in the page URL and browser history. Avoid entering personal, account or payment information in search fields.

Browser storage and preferences

The theme control stores your selection in local storage under ml_theme. This remains in your browser until you change it or clear site data. Language is selected through the page URL; the current language selector does not require a language-preference cookie. Browser controls let you clear or restrict site storage, although a preference may then be forgotten.

Local storage is browser storage, not a cookie. The site does not use an account-login or shopping-cart cookie because it has no such services. Third-party analytics cookies depend on whether analytics is enabled; external sites apply their own storage practices.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is enabled in this site build.

The site supports Google Analytics 4 (GA4). When configured, analytics can record page visits, submitted search text, category and marketplace selections, product-card clicks, external product URLs and domains, guide clicks, Joyagoo link locations and language switches. Product events can include the record ID, title, category and marketplace. These events help us understand which content and routes people use.

GA4 may use first-party cookies and process device, browser and interaction information. See Google's explanation of Analytics cookies and Google's Privacy Policy. Analytics collection depends on the active site configuration and browser settings.

You can use browser privacy controls and Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from browsing our static pages or following links.

Contact information

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as your name, message and page URLs. This is used to respond, evaluate corrections, address privacy or rights requests and keep relevant records. Email is handled by the email services used by the sender and recipient. Please limit messages to information needed for your request.

This site currently has no hosted contact submission form. Email links open your own mail application and do not submit a message automatically. JoyaVault receives only what you choose to send after reviewing and sending the email. If a form is introduced, this notice will need to describe its fields, recipient service and data handling before use.

External sites and commercial links

Users continue to the appropriate external shopping or agent flow when ready. Those services may collect information under their own policies, including account, payment and delivery information. We do not control that collection. Your browser may send normal referral information when opening an external link.

Some links may be commercial or affiliate links, and we may receive compensation from referrals or qualifying purchases. A destination may use a referral identifier or its own cookies for attribution. Review the destination's privacy and transaction terms before proceeding.

Use, service providers and transfers

Information is used for website delivery, security, analytics when enabled, responding to messages and maintaining content. Hosting, analytics and email providers may process information for these purposes. Their infrastructure may operate in countries other than yours. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal obligation or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and security

Browser preferences remain until cleared. Contact records should be kept only as needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary correspondence or meet applicable obligations. Hosting logs and enabled analytics data follow the relevant service settings and retention practices. Contact us with questions about information related to your visit or request.

Limit what you submit and keep credentials private. No internet service or email exchange can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us with the nature of your request and enough context to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need proportionate verification; do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.

Available rights and exceptions depend on your location and the information concerned. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority. Requests about an external shopping account should go to that provider.

Children and changes

This site is intended for people able to evaluate external shopping services and their requirements, not for collecting personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

We may update this policy as site features change. The revision date appears above. Please review it before using new features or sending information.
